We are looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to join us to support our Accountant.
This position is for 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What you'll do:
• Bank reconciliations in xero
• Processing all invoices for approval and reconcile to statements
• Prepare creditor payment runs
• Reconcile credit card purchases
• Preparation of weekly payroll
• Assist with payroll queries
• Assisting our Wholesale team with debtor management
• Assisting our Accountant with month-end processes
What you'll bring:
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in Xero, hubdoc and iPayroll
• Experience in NZ Payroll
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Great time-management and the ability to prioritise well to ensure deadlines are met
• Strong attention to detail
