We are looking for Digital Marketing Manager to join us as we enter into a new phase of international growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and maximise our reach.
Day to day, your role will include, but is not limited to:
• Identifying and capitalising on digital opportunities to drive revenue growth, grow our global audience and increase brand awareness.
• Managing customer lists for a seamless and personalised experience across touchpoints, online and offline.
• Collaborating on engaging content strategies for social media and paid media efforts.
• Monitoring and optimising digital campaigns to maximise omnichannel growth.
• Efficiently allocating resources, optimising advertising spend for maximum ROI and audience reach.
• Using analytics tools to monitor performance, identify improvements, and achieve KPIs.
• Developing and managing relationships with performance marketing agencies.
• Leveraging opportunities for optimal ROAS and improved advertising performance.
• Creating and optimising ads using Google AdWords for enhanced campaign effectiveness.
• Using Google Analytics for valuable insights, tracking website performance, and comprehensive reporting.
What you'll bring:
• Minimum 3 years’ digital marketing experience with a successful campaign track record
• Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (Klaviyo, Google Analytics)
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms; SEM and SEO knowledge is advantageous
• Effective management of agency partnerships
