We are hiring a store manager for our Newmarket store. We are looking for a manager who can interpret our vision who is driven, symbiotic to our brand and shares our values. If you're motivated, experienced and have a passion for creating amazing customer experiences as well as leading and inspiring a sales team, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll bring:
• 3+ years customer service experience
• 2+ years managing a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing and confident
• You are a warm soul who enjoys working in and supporting a team helping to elevate their performance.
• You find inspiration through connecting with all different types of people, helping them find the perfect products.
• A genuine love for babies and children.
• Authentic passion for organic and ethical products and inspiring others to do the same.
Applicants should be highly motivated, organised, passionate individuals who are able to lead and adapt staying on top of developments within retail, using all management tools to maximise sales performance and engagement to champion our brand. This is a key role with a strong focus on growth. We are looking for someone who loves what we stand for and wants to take Nature Baby's ideas through to our team and customers.
