She will explore the nutrients that matter most in the first two years of life, from iron and DHA that fuel brain development, to the wholefoods that support gut health and immunity. Covering what little ones truly need to thrive in those early years, why these nutrients matter more than we often realise, and how to weave them into everyday family life. It is a time to connect with a circle of other parents, ask questions and work with a supportive practitioner to help guide you through these foundational years.
