Online Refunds
We are proud to offer beautiful, high quality products and want to ensure you are happy with your online purchases from Nature Baby.
If you are not delighted with your online order for whatever reason, you may return unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition upon presentation of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish to return the item.
- Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post.
- Refunds will be minus shipping costs or for exchanges, postage is to be paid for exchange item(s) delivery.
If you think you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact our Customer Care Team and they will assist you.
Please note: We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow the care label of the garment when washing. We have some helpful washing tips here or if you are unsure, please contact our Customer Care Team for advice.
By Post
If you would like to return an online purchase by post within New Zealand or Australia, please complete the form below to begin your return.
Once we've received your request, our Customer Care team will review it in line with our Returns Policy. If your return is approved, we'll email you with the next steps, including the return address and instructions for sending your item back to us.
Once we've received and assessed your return, we'll process your refund or exchange (where applicable) and confirm this with you by email.
In Store Returns
If you purchased your item/s through us at one of our retail stores, you are welcome to return this at any of our physical store locations for either a store credit or exchange.
Simply present the original Nature Baby invoice within 30 days of purchase along with the item/s you wish to return. Use our Store Locator to find your closest Nature Baby store.
- A store credit or exchange is available within 30 days of purchase when items are returned in original condition and packaging.
- Refunds are not available for in-store purchases (only store credit or exchange).
- Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-exchangeable.
- Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person at one of our retail stores or by post.
Donate
Our garments are of the highest quality and we hope that after use, you are able to pass them on to others. We recommend sourcing a local charity who donate to families in need where you can pass on your items for another family to love. Thank you!
