Ingredients:
1 banana (frozen)
2 medjool dates, pitted
1 cup oat milk
¼ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
3 tablespoons of rolled oats, soaked overnight
1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
Pinch of cardamom (optional)
Pinch of flaky sea salt
½ cup of ice
Method:
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
Optional: Add more oat milk for a thinner consistency.
