Try out this all natural spiced apple pie smoothie recipe. Enriched with hemp seeds and raw veggies, this smoothie makes and ideal on-the-go snack for weaning toddlers and busy parents alike. Enjoy! Nb xx

Ingredients:

·  1 apple

·  1 banana 

·  1/4 cup rolled oats

·  1/4 cup chopped cauliflower

·  1 tsp hemp seeds

·  a good pinch of cinnamon

·  1 pinch of ground cloves

·  1 pinch of ground nutmeg

·  1 cup  of oat milk

·  a handful of ice

·  a spoonful of honey

Preparation

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Tip: Add more oat milk if it is too thick
