1 banana (frozen)2 medjool dates, pitted1 cup oat milk¼ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight3 tablespoons of rolled oats, soaked overnight1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powderPinch of cardamom (optional)Pinch of flaky sea salt½ cup of ice
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
Optional: Add more oat milk for a thinner consistency.
