Do you accept returns on sale items?
Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.
Can you use discount codes on sale items?
Unfortunately you can't use discount codes on sale items, this includes 10% welcome codes you have received in your inbox when joining our database.
How long will it take to ship my item?
During the sale, your order may take a little longer to reach you than usual. Rest assured we will process your order as soon as we are able.

I just bought something and now it's on sale, will you honour the price?
Unfortunately, for any order placed prior to a sale we are unable to offer a credit or refund for the difference paid. We run sales throughout the year, so keep an eye out for the next one. Make sure you are signed up to our newsletter to keep up to date with our latest products, promotions, and exclusive offers.
Will you be restocking sold out items and sizes?
Each season we bring in an exciting new range of colours, prints and styles. These products can run out quickly and we are not always able to restock them. We do restock certain styles so if there is a specific product you are after please contact our Customer Care Team and we can let you know if we have more coming or if we have availability in one of our stores.
Can I edit my order once it's been placed?
We cannot edit orders during sales once they have been placed so please choose carefully.
